Mickael Mary

Mickael Mary is a peasant-herbalist, naturalist and ecologist. Found of botanics and herbalism, he created in 2015 in Normandy, Terres de Simples, allowing him to offer birch sap, gemmotherapy, alcohol and floral elixirs. He also trains agricultural high schools at the Institut Français d’Herboristerie, and offers internships within his micro-farm. He wrote several specialized books on gemmotherapy.
