About the author

A graduate from the faculty of medicine at the University of Paris, Doctor Jean-Louis Vidalo has most notably collaborated with Professors Jean Bernard and Lucien Israël. His 30 years of medical experience have primarily been based in the fields of sports medicine with high-level athletes, and in that of experimental medicine. He is the founder of a Geneva-based medical research institute, which targets the effects of ageing and degenerative illnesses. It was within this context that he encountered the microscopic algae, spirulina, of which he is emerging as one of the specialists.
