About the author

Cyril Lagel is a professional photographer. His discovers Ashtanga Yoga forcing him to open himself to other possibilities to relieve his back pain. In 2012, after training in yoga and osteopathy, he decided to study at the KPJAYI in Mysore, the founding school of Ashtanga yoga.  In 2018, following several trips to study with Sharath Jois, grandson of Pattabhi Jois, he received from him the prestigious authorization to teach («blessing»). He is one of the few professors authorized in France. 
 Tran Bui is a yoga teacher. After a diligent practice in Vinyasa yoga, she discovered Ashtanga yoga after her meeting with Cyril Lagel. In 2022, she made her first trip to Mysore to study with Sharath Jois.
