Laurence Le Henry

Certified sophrologist for more than 10 years, Laurence Le Henry practices in Paris. Focused on children and teenagers, she works closely with pediatricians and child psychiatrists on issues related to sleep, attention and concentration disorders, anxiety and stress management. She is also a trainer in the sophrologist network Bienrelax, created by Clémence Peix Lavallée, and at the CEAS in Paris (sophrology school).
