Gautier Mobuchon proposes 7 culinary practices to (re)discover diets and lifestyles that have already been proven (mediterranean cooking, okinawa diet, etc.). He proposes 35 gourmet and healthy recipes. He did his first experiences at FoodChéri (Sodexo group) within the Research team. In few months, he will propose his recipes in a little store in Paris and short classes to turn how to do a healthy cooking.
